Parents sign-up, accept the Ticket invite, complete the registration form and pay the registration fees.

The competition is between 8am and about 6pm on both days: Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September.

Participants are to arrive at KMIDS for 8am each day and may be collected from 6pm from the entrance. Some might be accompanied by recognised teaching staff (as agreed between parents and their school). Only adults with certificates permitting them to work with children will be allowed into KMIDS during the competition.

We are providing a shuttle bus between the Suvarnabhumi Suite Hotel and KMIDS on both days. It will leave the hotel at 7:30am and return by 7pm. This will cost Baht 300/ per participant for all 4 trips. To reserve a place in this bus, there is a question within the registration form. Participants will then be invoiced for the participation fee and transport together.

As per the above transport arrangement from the Suvarnabhumi Suite Hotel, it would be wise to stay within or close to there if you would like to utilise that service.

Morning snack, bento box lunch and afternoon snack with drinks will be provided on both days.
